TintSuite ("we", "us", or "our") provides software for window tinting shops to run their business. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using TintSuite you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account info: name, business name, email, phone, password hash.
• Business data you create: customers, estimates, invoices, jobs, films, photos, notes, and other content you enter into TintSuite.
• Usage data: log data, device/browser info, IP address, and feature usage to operate and improve the product.
• Payment info: processed by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers.
• Support communications: messages you send via the in-app support chat or to hello@tintsuite.com.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve TintSuite.
• To process transactions and send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, notifications).
• To respond to support requests.
• To send product updates and marketing — you can unsubscribe anytime.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Service providers that help us run TintSuite (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payments) under contract.
• Your shop's authorized team members you invite.
• Authorities when required by law.

4. Your customers' data

Data you enter about your customers belongs to your business. You are the controller of that data; TintSuite acts as a processor. You're responsible for having the right to collect and use it.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After cancellation we retain data for a reasonable period for backups, legal, and compliance reasons, then delete it.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls). No system is 100% secure; you use TintSuite at your own risk.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us at hello@tintsuite.com to make a request.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage.

9. Children

TintSuite is not directed to children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
