When a customer e-signs an estimate, the deposit amount on that estimate becomes the first charge on the matching invoice. The invoice opens with your default processor pre-selected, but you can change it to Stripe or Square per invoice. Once the deposit is paid, the invoice's balance, status, and reports update automatically — no double entry.
